I Sell Plates (“we”) helps home cooks, food trucks and bakeries take orders by text and on the web. This page explains what we collect when you use isellplates.com or text a vendor that uses us, and what we do with it.
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with the vendor you order from and with the service providers that run I Sell Plates for us: Supabase (accounts and data), Vercel (hosting), Google (sign-in), Resend (email), and, as those features launch, our text messaging, payment and delivery providers. They may use it only to provide their service to us.
Mobile numbers and text message opt-in consent are never shared with or sold to anyone else for their own marketing.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
We keep account and order information while your account is active, or as long as a vendor needs their order history. After that we delete it, unless we have to keep it longer by law.
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing privacy@isellplates.com. You can also remove I Sell Plates' access to your Google account at any time in your Google Account settings.
I Sell Plates isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
