These terms cover your use of I Sell Plates (“we”), including isellplates.com, vendor pages and ordering by text. By using I Sell Plates you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
I Sell Plates is software that lets home cooks, food trucks and bakeries (“vendors”) list food and take orders from their customers. We don't make, sell, inspect or deliver food. Each order is between you and the vendor you order from.
When payments, fees or delivery are offered through I Sell Plates, the price and any fees will be shown before you pay, and those features may also be covered by the terms of our payment and delivery partners. Vendors will be told our fees before they are charged.
Don't use I Sell Plates to break the law, sell anything you aren't allowed to sell, harass anyone, send unwanted messages, or interfere with the service. We may suspend or remove accounts or listings that do.
Vendors keep ownership of their photos, menus and other content. You give us permission to host and show that content so I Sell Plates can work, including on your vendor page.
I Sell Plates is provided “as is”. We work to keep it running but don't promise it will always be available or error-free. We make no promises about any vendor's food.
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for anything that happens between a customer and a vendor, including illness, allergic reactions, missed orders or disputes over payment. Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you paid none.
You can stop using I Sell Plates at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken.
We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page. If you keep using I Sell Plates after that, the new terms apply.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
